HOW DO I GET A KEY CODE NUMBER?

This number is assigned and distributed by the Human Subjects Committee office to Faculty members and Researchers who have submitted protocols requesting the use of human subjects.  If already assigend, it can be found under the My Info link in ORahs (The online HS protocol database)   All students and those who need UCSB Faculty sponsorship to conduct research should get this number from their Faculty Advisor.  Otherwise, contact the HSC office for your number.
